Brasov is an historical town about 100 km north of Bucharest and a with popular ski resort area nearby. The town has a population of 227, 961 people and with modern facilities attracts many young people for holidays.
In the Communist times the town was name Stalin after the Russian leader Joseph Stalin and in those times had a high industrial output including a massive factory that produced tractors.
